I have tried calling Stella Cinema but there is no answer what should I do?

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 2pm – 6pm (excluding bank holidays). Outside of these hours, the phone is not answered. During these hours, the phone line can sometimes be quite busy, so if you can't get through to us by phone, please email rathmines@stellacinemas.ie, and we will address your query as soon as possible.

I have emailed Stella Cinema, when will I hear back?

We aim to respond to all emails as soon as possible, and most simple enquiries are responded to the same day. Outside of our box office hours, it may take more time for your enquiry to be responded to. More complex queries can take time if they require further follow-up or investigation, so please do bear with us.

If you have emailed to make a request for an exchange or refund 2 hours prior to your screening commencing, these tickets will be refunded or exchanged for you even if our team have not yet responded.

If you have not heard back from us within a week, please give us a call, as there may be an issue with your email.
