Gift Cards can be purchased for a monetary value of your choosing and then redeemed against any purchases made at Stella Cinema or Stella Cocktail Club as well as any other venue that is part of the Eclective Group.

This is a great option if you would like to gift the Stella experience while giving the recipient the freedom to choose when they would like to visit.

Stella Cinema gift cards can be used to book tickets online, over the phone, or in-person.

To book online using a gift card, proceed through the online booking process as normal. After selecting your seats & choosing any pre-ordered items, you will be brought to a page asking for your contact details; below this there is a box for you to enter the gift card number (located underneath the scan code). If your gift card does not have sufficient balance to cover the full purchase, you will then be taken to a card payment portal for the remaining balance due.

To book over the phone, please contact our Box Office, which is open from Monday to Friday 2PM-6PM. The Box Office can be reached on 01 496 7014.

To book in-person, visit our Foyer Bar any time during our opening hours. Please note that not all screenings have walk-in availability and we always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Stella Cinema gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Stella Cinema gift cards can be used to book tickets as well as for food, beverages, and snacks. They can also be used to purchase food and drinks in Stella Cocktail Club. 

Gift cards can be used to purchase items online, in person and over the phone.

A digital gift card will be sent to you or your chosen recipient by email. The email will contain the information needed to use the funds on the gift card to pay for goods. The email will contain a link to allow the recipient to add the gift card to their phone wallet for easy usage. These gift cards can be sent instantly, so they are the best choice for fast delivery. 

A physical gift card is a hard paper card presented in a gift card sleeve. The card and sleeve are sent by post to the address selected at the time of purchase. These are a good option if you prefer to have something to hand to the recipient yourself and are not short on time. The physical card contains all of the information needed to pay for the applicable items. We highly recommend registering your physical card as soon as possible, as if lost, there is no guarantee that the card can be traced.

Firstly, please check any spam, junk or promotions folders in your inbox. Some workplace email addresses will be subject to firewall restrictions, and some email servers may deliver the voucher to spam/junk folders. In some instances, email providers can filter e-gift cards or receipt emails into your spam folder or ‘promotions’ folder.

If you can not locate the gift card in any inbox, please reach out to us at rathmines@stellacinemas.ie so we can investigate. Please provide details of your order when contacting us, including date, amount, email, etc.

If we send emails where a mailbox is full, a server is down, or firewalls are present, the email may be delayed or may not be delivered. One of the most common issues that occurs with digital gift cards not being received is the incorrect email address being entered at the time of purchase. Please bear with us as we look into the issue for you.

Yes.

When purchasing your digital gift card, you will be asked to enter the recipient's email address, and then on the next page, you can choose the delivery date.

The options are "Instantly" or "On Specific Date". To arrange delivery on a future date, select "On Specific Date" and a calendar icon will appear.

On the calendar, select the date you wish the gift card to be delivered to the recipient's email and click "NEXT".

After completing the purchase, the gift card will only be emailed to the recipient on the selected date.

Yes.

Just enter your own email address in the Recipient Email field, and the gift card will be delivered directly to you. You can then either print the gift card or forward the email to the gift recipient.

Doing this will not impact who can use the gift card. The gift card can be used by anyone who has the gift card number.
